Big and broad shouldered with dark fruit, a touch of char and a wonderful mix of medium tannin and silky rich fruit. Made from 58% Merlot, 39% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Petit Verdot and aged 18 months in French oak. This is drinking great right now, and will continue to for the next 5-8 years. A wonderful surprise from a not well-regarded vintage.
